After being the driving force behind Poplars Farm for 30 years, Simon and Jane Brown decided in 2008 that they wanted to relax and enjoy a slower pace of life, and have time to focus on other business interests. With their children pursuing successful careers outside of farming, they were looking for a way to stay in the family home, while the farm around them remained a vibrant and well managed asset.
